These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or submits an application to PostWeb Northcliff.
1. Who we are
PostWeb Northcliff operates from Shop G4, Ground Floor, Mountain View Shopping Centre, Cnr 14th Avenue & Weltevreden Road, Northcliff, Gauteng. You can reach us on 076 823 8461 or postwebmountainview@gmail.com.
2. Our role
We assist with the preparation and submission of applications to third parties such as licensing departments, the South African Police Service and courier companies. We are an assistance service. We do not issue licences, clearances or official documents ourselves, and we cannot guarantee the outcome or the turnaround time of any third party.
3. Information you give us
You confirm that the information and documents you submit are true, accurate and lawfully yours to share. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay your application or cause it to be rejected by the relevant authority.
4. Prices and payment
No payment is taken through the online application form. Prices depend on the service, the vehicle and the fees charged by the relevant authority. We confirm the exact amount with you before any payment is made. Government and third-party fees are payable in addition to our service fee.
5. Turnaround times
Any timeframe we give is an estimate based on our experience. Delays caused by third parties, system outages or missing documents are outside our control.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the service and how far processing has progressed. Please ask us for the applicable terms before payment.
7. Documents and collection
Documents and items must be collected from our counter by the applicant or an authorised person with proof of identity. If you cannot collect an item promptly, please contact us to confirm collection arrangements and how long it can be held.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care with every application and document entrusted to us. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid us for the affected service.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and POPIA Compliance statement.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site and our services.
