Contact enquiries
You can send us an enquiry by email or by WhatsApp. When you use the enquiry form on this website, your email app or WhatsApp opens with the details you typed, and we receive your name, contact details, the service you selected and your message once you choose to send it.
Online applications
If you apply online, we collect the information you enter — your name and contact details, the information required for the service you selected, and any supporting documents you choose to upload. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are only opened by authorised PostWeb Northcliff staff.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to process the service you requested, to communicate progress with you, and — where it is necessary to complete your request — to share the required information with the relevant authority or service provider, such as a licensing department, the South African Police Service or a courier company. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The embedded Google Map on our contact page is provided by Google and may set its own cookies when it loads.
